Academia feirense de MMA Fight House abriu sua primeira filial em solo estrangeiro. Coordenada pelo ex-lutador Renato Velame, que também é técnico da atleta do UFC, Virna Jandiroba, a Fight House chega até o Paquistão visando ajudar o país do Sul da Ásia, a desenvolver ainda mais sua técnica nas artes marciais mistas.
Após a realização de um intercâmbio entre atletas dos dois países, quando na oportunidade atletas paquistaneses tiveram um período de treinos na academia feirense, foi construído um laço de amizade e o interesse de abrir uma filial da Fight House, no Paquistão. “Quando fui à China conheci alguns atletas paquistaneses então resolvemos fazer um intercâmbio e eles vieram treinar em nossa academia. Abrindo assim um diálogo para ser aberta uma filial no Paquistão. Aceitamos o desafio e estamos muito felizes em poder fazer parte no desenvolvimento do MMA neste país”, disse Renato Velame, coordenador da Fight House no Brasil.
Renato Velame ressaltou a acolhida dos paquistaneses, quando da sua ida ao país. “É um povo muito acolhedor, assim que chegamos fomos bem recebidos. Estamos em uma casa com todas as condições, contamos com o apoio da polícia local principalmente em nossos deslocamentos. A imprensa local tem dado todo reconhecimento ao nosso trabalho, ações que nos motivaram ainda mais a bater o martelo para a abertura da filial”, afirmou.
Acompanhado da atleta Virna Jandiroba, o técnico Renato Velame aproveitou ainda o Paquistão para treinar sua pupila, com duelo marcado para o mês de maio, no UFC. “Como agendamos passar 30 dias no Paquistão, então acabei resolvendo trazer Virna Jandiroba. Pois, como temos luta agendada preferimos mantê-la treinando, já que aqui tem atletas que treinam também, uma galera boa de wrestling e boxe. O que nos ajuda nessa preparação. E de contrapartida ajudamos os atletas locais a amadurecer no esporte”, contou.
Pronta para fazer a sétima participação na maior organização de artes marciais mistas do mundo, o UFC, Virna Jandiroba contou a respeito da experiência de iniciar um ‘camp’ em solo paquistanês. “Vim acompanhar o professor Renato Velame, como todos já sabem estou com luta marcada para 14 de maio, aí decidimos pela minha vinda para iniciar meu ‘camp’ no Paquistão. É uma experiência muito diferente, enriquecedora, tenho conhecido muitas pessoas. Sabemos que é uma cultura muito diferente da nossa, por isso, há um choque cultural, mas tem sido incrível navegar por esses mares”.
