Conmebol volta atrás e confirma partida entre Bahia e Independiente para hoje

O Bahia vai estar em campo hoje á note pela Copa Sul-Americana. Poucas horas após anunciar o adiamento da partida entre Bahia e Independiente, a Conmebol voltou atrás e confirmou a partida para a noite desta terça-feira. O jogo, válido pela 3ª rodada da fase de grupos da Sul-Americana, voltou para a programação inicial, às 19h15 (de Brasília), no estádio de Pituaçu, em Salvador. O Bahia já foi notificado da mudança.

O adiamento do jogo para amanhã (5) foi divulgado pela entidade durante a madrugada, após parte da delegação do Independiente ter sido testada positiva para Covid-19 no desembarque em Salvador. Inclusive a  Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária (Anvisa) a impedir a entrada da delegação no país. Por volta das 3h, parte dos jogadores deixaram o aeroporto e foram para o hotel. Porém, o grupo que testou positivo para a doença permaneceu retido no aeroporto e voltará para a Argentina.

De acordo com o regulamento da Conmebol, as autoridades de saúde competentes de cada país são órgãos máximos responsáveis por liberar a entrada dos clubes. É responsabilidade de cada clube gerir os documentos para a entrada no país. O Bahia, por exemplo, precisou se adequar às regras específicas do Uruguai, na semana retrasada, quando enfrentou o Montevideo City Torque. Todos os membros da delegação precisaram fazer novo exame de Covid-19 ainda no aeroporto, ficaram proibidos de sair do hotel e não tiveram vestiário no jogo contra o Montevideo City Torque.

Segundo a assessoria de comunicação do Independiente, todos os jogadores realizaram testes para Covid-19 antes de deixar a Argentina. – Na Argentina foram realizados os testes PCR. Depois que uma pessoa é recuperada da Covid, ela continua a ser detectada no PCR por um tempo. Portanto, a Conmebol pede uma série de estudos médicos que atestem que as pessoas NÃO estão sofrendo da doença, que estão curadas. Esses estudos foram apresentados e a Conmebol autorizou-os a viajar e jogar.

A partida entre Bahia e Independiente vale a liderança do Grupo B da Copa Sul-Americana. A equipe argentina ocupa a primeira colocação da chave, com seis pontos, seguida de perto pelo Tricolor baiano, com quatro pontos.
