Tite não vê marca nos cinco anos de Seleção: “Só quando terminar”

O técnico da seleção brasileira masculina, Tite, participou de entrevista coletiva antes da terceira partida do Brasil na Copa América. O treinador não confirmou o time para este confronto contra os colombianos, mas adiantou que vai fazer mais mudanças. Líder do grupo com seis pontos em dois jogos (100% de aproveitamento, sete gols marcados e nenhum sofrido), a Seleção enfrenta a Colômbia às 21h, hoje, novamente no estádio Nilton Santos, na zona norte do Rio de Janeiro. “Nós seguimos nossa mesma forma, estabelecida como ideia na competição. Vamos ter algumas mudanças, mas, teoricamente, não vão modificar engrenagem da equipe. É o que a gente sempre busca”, disse Tite

Ao ser questionado se enxergava marca pelos cinco anos na Seleção, Tite disse que não. E ponderou. “Não tem marca ainda, ela só vai ser marca quando terminar a etapa, que a gente consiga olhar o início, meio e fim, e que a gente tenha uma real avaliação, não um recorte dela, um momento, uma circunstância. Uma etapa, um ciclo, uma passagem, uma amostragem geral do trabalho, com início, meio e fim”, disse o treinador da Seleção.

Depois, o treinador amplificou a visão própria sobre essa passagem pela Seleção. Ele disse que depois de receber a camisa dos cinco anos dos jogadores da Seleção, pediu “para o cara que corta a grama assinar porque ele tem valor, porque quem está trabalhando conosco tem valor, está colocando o seu trabalho, a sua dignidade, a sua saúde.” “A escala de valores moral, ética, lealdade, a relação pessoal dentro da equipe, com que nós integrantes da comissão técnica estabelecemos, dentro da nossa atividade, nossos problemas, nosso dia a dia, o preço que pagamos para vencer. O preço é do trabalho, da competência, da dignidade e transparência com que a gente trabalha, isso me orgulha muito”, comentou.
