Análise: Bahia 3×1 Atlético-MG

Com um número considerável de desfalques, o Bahia enfrentou o Atlético Mineiro — com seu time completo — em Pituaçu ontem (19) em partida válida pelo Campeonato Brasileiro da Série A. O Atlético jogava em prol da sua disputa pela liderança do campeonato contra um Bahia que “não ganhava nem do Goiás”, parafraseando a Renata Fan. Pois é, o Bahia venceu de virada por 3 a 1 e calou a boca até deste que vos escreve. 

 O Bahia entrou em campo com uma formação ao maior estilo de Mano Menezes, apesar de o professor não ter comandado o time na beira do campo. Foram 4 volantes em campo, 3 zagueiros e sem centroavante. Linhas baixíssimas, colocando muitas vezes 6 jogadores na primeira linha e 4 na segunda linha de marcação, o que prejudicou muito o Bahia na hora de sair em contra-ataques. Porém foi crucial para segurar o ímpeto ofensivo alucinante do Atlético que fez apenas 1 gol, sendo que teve chances para abrir uma goleada já no primeiro tempo. 

 No segundo tempo o professor James mexeu no ânimo do tricolor tirando um dos volantes e colocando um atacante, e tirando Clayson para a entrada de Gilberto. Era o “tudo ou nada”. O Atlético continuava atacando bastante, controlando a partida e perdendo gols por atacado, mas o Bahia que já havia subido um pouco mais as linhas conseguia sair mais para o contra-ataque. E foi aproveitando falhas grotescas do Atlético que o Bahia conseguiu chegar a virada. 

 Sorte essa que o Bahia não vinha tendo nos jogos anteriores, mas contra o Atlético o Bahia contou com a sorte aliada ao trabalho árduo para segurar o ímpeto do adversário e conseguir aproveitar as oportunidades escassas. Para um time que está na briga contra o rebaixamento o que importa é vencer, não interessa se com seus próprios méritos ou por falhas do adversário. Eu, sinceramente espero que nossos próximos rivais continuem falhando.
