Roger Machado é o novo técnico do Fluminense

Após garantir vaga na próxima Copa Libertadores, o Fluminense anúnciou seu novo técnico para a temporada 2021. Roger Machado será o novo comandante, para os próximos dois anos.

A priori, o técnico terá uma base sólida já formada. Logo, terá o auxiliar Marcão, que comandou o time na reta final do Campeonato Brasileiro.

Por outro lado, o Fluminense será o sétimo clube na carreira do treinador. Que tem no seu currículo: Juventude, Novo Hamburgo, Grêmio, Atlético-MG, Palmeiras e Bahia, último clube antes do Fluminense.

Além disso, o treinador retorna ao clube onde conquistou a Copa do Brasil em 2007, quando ainda atuava. Foi dele o gol do título marcado contra o Figueirense na decisão, em Florianópolis.
