Gilberto também comentou especulações sobre uma possível saída do Bahia. O atacante tem contrato até o fim da temporada e tem futuro incerto. “Falar de dedicação, trabalho, companheirismo. O Bahia é o time que mais joguei, mais fiz gol. Tenho enorme amor por essa camisa. Muita gente fala besteira, diz que vou sair. Não acreditem. Quando tiver que sair, eu e o presidente vamos conversar com vocês. Se não for isso, vamos seguir lutando, como sempre fizemos”, disse.
