Técnico busca ajustar o Fluminense por desfecho digno no Baianão

O Fluminense está de folga este final de semana no Campeonato Baiano só voltará a campo no próximo dia 4 de abril diante do Jacuipense, em um confronto que pode dar a real noção do destino da equipe na competição. O técnico Zé Carlos, Zé do Gol, busca ajustar a equipe dentro das possibilidades: reconhece que o time precisa de reforços, mas a situação será resolvida pelos dirigentes.

Foram até aqui dois jogos à frente do Touro do Sertão com dois empates, contra Unirb e o Bahia e o treinador já detectou as necessidades. “Precisamos de um zagueiro, dois meias e um atacante para equilibrar as coisas. A gente vai trabalhando, buscando fazer o melhor, mas não se pode fechar os olhos para estas necessidades já que ainda temos três jogos e estamos no meio do caminho, podendo classificar ou mesmo disputar fuga da degola”, observou Zé Carlos.

Alguns atletas estão treinando no compasso de espera de uma confirmação ou de vínculo com o Fluminense. “Estamos sempre conversando: eu já expus a minha ideia que tenho de jogo, falei das necessidades e na verdade deixei para que os dirigentes decidam sobre p que fazer, inclusive com relação a jogadores que estão avaliados. Não temos tempo para isso agora”, frisou Zé Carlos.

O treinador também teve uma demorada conversa com os jogadores, onde cobrou mais empenho e lembrou a todos da responsabilidade que terão nesses três jogos. “O Fluminense é uma grande força do futebol baiano, embora esteja passando por um momento difícil, mas tem a tradição e nós precisamos estar atentos a isso e nos empenhar porque temos a obrigação de encerrar a competição com dignidade, independente de posição na tabela de classificação”, comentou.

SITUAÇÃO

O Fluminense é o oitavo colocado com 5 pontos com mais três jogos a cumprir, a sua situação ficou complicada em termos de classificação. A esta altura precisaria vencer os compromissos que faltam e torcer por combinação de resultados e por outro lado vai ter que “secar” o Jacuipense domingo diante da Juazeirense: o time de Riachão é o nono colocado com três pontos e se vencer, joga o Fluminense para a penúltima colocação. O Fluminense só voltará a campo no dia 4 de abril diante do Jacuipense em Salvador.
