Por conta de uma ação do SINDAP – Sindicato dos Atletas Profissionais da Bahia – o Tribunal Regional do Trabalho (TRT) determinou o adiamento do jogo entre Bahia e Jacuipense marcado para amanhã (5) às 19h30min no Estádio Metropolitano de Pituaçu pela última rodada da fase classificatória do Campeonato Baiano 2021.
De acordo com o ex-jogador e presidente do sindicato, Osni Lopes, o principal motivo para a intervenção do sindicato é o tempo mínimo entre um jogo e outro que não estaria sendo respeitado. A pouco mais de um ano, a Confederação Brasileira de Futebol e a Federação Nacional dos Atletas Profissionais de Futebol (Fenapaf) assinaram um termo de regulação do intervalo mínimo entre a realização de dois jogos de futebol. Em todas as competições coordenadas pela CBF, fica instituído que, como regra geral, o tempo de 66 horas entre o término da primeira partida e o início da segunda seja respeitado. “Ora, no caso não está sendo respeitado o tempo mínimo porque hoje o Bahia joga pela Sul-Americana e amanhã jogaria pelo Baiano e sabemos que tem jogadores do time de transição que estariam relacionados para estarem no banco de reservas, o que torna inviável a participação deles no jogo de amanhã se acontecesse”, disse Osni Lopes.
Lopes garante que a solução seria adiar para a quinta-feira (6) para não acontecer maior atraso no curso da competição. “Era o ideal porque, mesmo o atleta ficando na reserva no jogo de hoje, tem a questão de concentrar, dormir, acordar e se ele, por ventura participar do jogo para o dia seguinte fica inviável atuar. Com 48 horas seria aceitável a situação e inclusive nós antes mesmo de ingressar com essa medida procuramos a FBF, ponderamos, mas infelizmente não fomos ouvidos”, afirmou.
