Nesta quinta-feira (21) o novo preparador de goleiros do Bahia de Feira, Victon Miller, concedeu entrevista ao programa Conexão Esportiva, na Rádio Sociedade News. Dentre os assuntos o profissional, que chegou com a nova comissão, afirmou que já conhece os arqueiros que estão no clube: Alan e Janilson. Ele também pontuou que espera estabelecer uma parceria com o treinador Oliveira Canindé no processo de escolha do goleiro titular tendo como base os treinos específicos.
Victon já conhece o trabalho dos goleiros Alan e Janilson de trabalhos realizados no Olímpia de Salvador. “Conheço os dois goleiros que estão aqui sim. O Alan foi um goleiro que chegou para mim lá no Olímpia no início de sua carreira e logo depois se encaminhou para o Bahia de Feira. O Janilson ficou um mês comigo lá no Esporte Clube Olímpia e saiu logo”, lembrou Victon que esteve no Olímpia em 2017 quando se encontrou com os dois arqueiros
“Eu acompanhei essa evolução do Alan. É um goleiro 2001, ainda sub-20. Poucos clubes fazem isso: colocar um goleiro de 20 anos para jogar. E o Alan passou por esse teste. O primeiro teste de um goleiro é conseguir jogar no clube onde se profissionalizou, e o Alan está conseguindo isso”, concluiu Victon.
Sobre a escolha dos goleiros que vão jogar, Miller afirmou que quem escala é o treinador, mas que acredita também em uma parceria entre o comandante e o preparador de goleiros. “Eu acredito em uma conversa. Se fala muito no futebol que quem escala o goleiro é o preparador, mas nós temos um chefe da comissão que é o treinador que, na minha opinião, ele não vai fugir dessa linha de consultar o treinador de goleiros. Mas claro que quem decide é o treinador”, analisou Victon que disse ainda que vai levar relatórios dos treinos específicos ao Oliveira Canindé no intuito de ajudar na escolha.
Victon Miller chega ao Bahia de Feira após uma temporada no UNIRB FC, onde foi campeão da segunda divisão do Campeonato Baiano. Ele também já realizou seu trabalho no Jacuipense, Olímpia e Seleção Baiana.
