A Emenda ao Orçamento 2023 foi apresentada em 29 de novembro de 2024 na Assembleia Legislativa da Bahia (ALBA) e teve como objetivo a aquisição de aparelhos e equipamentos para a unidade de saúde. “Foi um compromisso nosso dar uma contribuição substancial financeiramente para o HDPA e estamos fazendo. O HDPA é um hospital que dá uma grande contribuição no atendimento do povo pobre. E nós estamos fazendo a nossa parte”, externou Binho Galinha.
