A crônica esportiva brasileira está de luto já que faleceu aos 81 anos, Januário de Oliveira, um dos mais criativos locutores esportivos da TV brasileira. Há muitos anos ele estava residindo em Natal\RN e não atuava mais por conta de uma série de problemas de saúde, dentre eles a perda da visão por conta do diabetes. Depois de passar alguns dias internado por complicações causadas por uma pneumonia, o narrador sofreu uma parada cardíaca e não resistiu.
Natural de Alegrete\RS, quando jovem, Januário sonhava em jogar futebol, porém foi no rádio esportivo que ele começou a fazer sucesso. Nos anos 50 começou a carreira em seu Estado natal, trabalhando nas Rádios Bagé e Farroupilha. Já nos anos 60, o gaúcho veio para o Rio de Janeiro onde trabalhou como narrador nas Rádios Mauá e Nacional. Apesar de ter trabalhado muitos anos como locutor esportivo de rádio, foi na TV que Januário de Oliveira se notabilizou. Passou pela TV Educativa, TV Manchete, porém na Bandeirantes foi o grande ápice da sua carreira, quando no início dos anos 90 a emissora paulista comprou os direitos de transmissão do Campeonato Carioca e transmitia as partidas do estadual em um dia ainda pouco explorado no futebol: a segunda-feira.
O sucesso foi garantido e por mais de cinco anos, a Band transmitiu o Cariocão e Januário juntamente com Gerson, “Canhotinha de Ouro” nos comentários e Adson Coutinho nas reportagens formaram um trio inconfundível nas transmissões dos duelos. Inconfundíveis também foram os seus bordões (veja abaixo) que ficaram eternizados. Ainda hoje é comum encontrar pessoas de várias gerações, principalmente nos campos de bola repetindo frases como “Cruel, muito cruel”, “Taí o que você queria”, “Tá lá um corpo estendido no chão” dentre tantos outros que incrementavam as suas narrações.
Já no final dos anos 90, ele começou a enfrentar problemas de saúde por conta do diabetes e deixou a Bandeirantes e o Rio de Janeiro, indo para Goiânia\GO onde ainda trabalhou na TV Brasil Central. Os problemas se agravaram e o locutor que já tinha perdido a visão de um dos olhos acabou se aposentando compulsoriamente. Acabou se mudando para Natal\RN onde passou a conviver com familiares por conta do estado de saúde cada vez abalado. Mesmo enfrentando dificuldades e agora uma cegueira total, ele ainda chegou a participar de alguns projetos na Internet referentes à transmissões esportivas.
Após uma viagem ao Rio de Janeiro, em março de 2019, Januário apresentou quadro de pneumonia persistente, seguida por um acidente vascular cerebral. Ambas as condições de saúde não o impediram de festejar o aniversário de 80 anos com a família. No último dia 23 de maio, uma nova pneumonia o levou para o hospital, onde permaneceu internado. A suspeita de tuberculose foi afastada, mas Januário precisou se submeter a hemodiálise desde o dia 27, quando o quadro se agravou. Após 12 dias internado, o locutor sofreu uma parada cardíaca na tarde de ontem e veio a falecer. Ele será sepultado na tarde hoje em Natal\RN.
OS BORDÕES
Uma das marcas registradas de Januário eram os bordões que ele mesmo criava e que ficaram imortalizados. Confira:
- “Eee o Gol…” – o momento mágico do futebol.
- “Taí o que você queria, bola rolando…” – quando o juiz apitava o início da partida ou do segundo tempo.
- “Tá lá um corpo estendido no chão” – para o jogador que caía machucado no gramado.
- “Lá vem Geraldo e Enéas para mais um carreto da tarde“, quando os maqueiros do Maracanã, Geraldo e Enéas, entravam em campo para retirar um jogador machucado.
- “Vai sair o primeiro carreto da noite” – quando um jogador contundido era levado pela maca para fora do campo.
- “Sinistro, muito sinistro…” – para falha grave de jogador ou árbitro.
- “Cruel, muito cruel…” – para elogiar o jogador após o gol ou um lance bonito.
- “É disso (Fulano), é disso que o povo gosta” – para o jogador (Fulano) que acabara de estufar as redes, marcando o gol.
- “Olhos nos olhos, se passar fica na boa…” – quando o jogador com a posse da bola ficava frente a frente com um defensor.
- “Pintou em cores vivas” – quando uma chance clara de gol era perdida.
- “Tá na área, é agora, bateu…” – quando o jogador tinha uma chance de finalizar em gol.
- “Tem cartão? Tem cartão? Não! Cartão de crédito para o jogador (Fulano)…” – quando um jogador cometia uma falta dura e o árbitro não lhe aplicava nenhuma punição.
- “O(a) primeiro(a) só serviu como ensaio!” – quando ocorria a repetição de um lance (chute, cruzamento ou cobrança de falta) em sequência. Exemplo: escanteios cobrados consecutivamente; uma bola alçada na área duas ou mais vezes seguidas.
- “Pega, não larga mais, não dá rebote pra ninguém!” – quando o goleiro fazia uma defesa firme, segura, sem rebote.
- “Escancarou, escancarou legal (Fulano)…” – quando o jogador tinha um feito um gol.
- “Eu vi, eu vi…” – para algum lance que ninguém viu, somente ele.
- “Acabou o milho, acabou a pipoca, fim de papo.” – quando o juiz apitava o fim do jogo.
- “riririkakakaka, o Juiz despirocou…” – para um lance em que o juiz marcou algo de outro mundo.
- Anjo Louro da Gávea – referindo-se ao atacante Sávio do Flamengo
- The Flash – quando falava do atacante Valdeir do Botafogo
- Super-Ezio – uma alusão ao atacante do Fluminense Ézio, já falecido
