Faltando apenas duas vagas para serem preenchidas, a lista de participantes do Campeonato Brasileiro da Série D de 2026 está quase completa. A confirmação final de todos os clubes deve ocorrer apenas em janeiro. A próxima edição da competição contará com 96 equipes.
Duas novas equipes garantiram presença nos últimos dias. Em Santa Catarina, como a final da Copa estadual será disputada entre Figueirense, já integrante da Série C, e Joinville, que tem vaga assegurada na Série D pelo Campeonato Catarinense, o Blumenau foi beneficiado. A equipe herdou a vaga por ter sido o melhor semifinalista eliminado.

No Tocantins, o Araguaína foi confirmado na Série D. Após a suspensão do Campeonato Tocantinense devido a irregularidades no União, mesmo após a disputa da final, a Federação local decidiu manter o Araguaína na decisão. Isso assegurou ao clube um lugar na quarta divisão nacional. A outra vaga do estado será definida entre Tocantinópolis e Gurupi, que terão a semifinal refeita em janeiro de 2026.
A última vaga pendente está na Copa FGF, no Rio Grande do Sul. Seis clubes seguem na disputa: Pelotas, Gaúcho, Brasil de Pelotas, Aimoré, Novo Hamburgo e Juventude. Este último, por estar na Série A do Brasileirão, não disputa o acesso.

Caso Tocantinópolis e Brasil de Pelotas, que já têm vaga garantida pelo ranking da CBF, conquistem seus lugares por meio dos torneios estaduais, as vagas do ranking serão repassadas ao Moto Club e ao Parnahyba.

SÉRIE D 2026
O Campeonato Brasileiro da Série D de 2026 está previsto para começar em 5 de abril e terminar em 13 de setembro. O torneio terá 610 partidas e assegurará a cada equipe pelo menos dez jogos.
