Os clubes baianos – Bahia, Juazeirense e Vitória – vão faturar R$ 5,1 milhões por terem avançado para a terceira fase da Copa do Brasil, que a exemplo de anos anteriores passa a ser disputada em dois jogos eliminatórios para avançar na competição e na próxima fase pegar R$ 2,7 milhões.
Se para os clubes aumenta o faturamento, para os jogadores também aumenta o valor das gratificações conhecidas como “bicho”. Essa política é aplicada na Juazeirense e até então o resultado vem surtindo efeito. “Na primeira fase, nós acertamos R$ 200 mil de gratificação para os jogadores e agora na segunda fase o valor subiu par, o R$ 400 mil, ou seja, como em qualquer empresa os jogadores têm a participação de lucro. Já deixamos tudo planejado e acertado com eles e isso é um dos motivos que cada vez mais jogadores se sintam motivados a virem para cá e quem ganha com isso é o time que de ano para ano vai se tornando cada vez mais competitivo no seu plantel”, ressaltou Roberto Carlos, presidente do time.
A terceira fase será disputada pelas 20 equipes vencedoras da segunda fase – que termina no dia 15 de abril – mais os 12 clubes que entraram diretamente nessa fase. Os 32 classificados serão divididos em dois blocos de acordo com a posição do ranking da CBF e definidos em sorteio público. Para a disputa da terceira fase do torneio, a CBF reservou duas semanas no mês de junho. As partidas de ida estão programadas para a primeira semana do mês, enquanto os duelos de volta acontecem já na semana seguinte. Avançando para a 4ª fase, cada clube fatura R$ 2,7 milhões.
