Tudo pronto para o Grande Prêmio de Japão, em Suzuka! A terceira etapa da Fórmula 1 em 2025 já confirma algumas das tendências vistas nas primeiras corridas, enquanto dá mostras do que pode vir nas próximas semanas.

As primeiras posições são completadas pelas McLarens de Lando Norris e Oscar Piastri. Atrás, Leclerc (Ferrari), Russell e Antonelli (Mercedes).
O desempenho de Max deve dar um novo atrativo para a corrida na próxima madrugada. Afinal, os carros da McLaren, Ferrari e Mercedes estão com resultados melhores que os da Red Bull. Além disso, há previsão de chuva para o domingo.
Já o brasileiro Gabriel Bortoleto teve um bom início, mas não conseguiu superar suas marcas nas tentativas finais e ficou em 17°, uma posição atrás de seu companheiro de equipe, Niko Hulkenberg. A Sauber segue sem conseguir emplacar os dois pilotos no Q2.
Outra grande disputa no Q2 ficou entre Yuki Tsunoda, japonês que foi promovido para a Red Bull e corria em casa, e Liam Lawson, rebaixado para a Racing Bulls. O neozelandês ficou na frente do japonês, mas ambos ficaram nas últimas posições e longe da classificação.
O Q3 foi dominado pelas McLarens até o fim da qualificação. Quando parecia que a disputa ficaria entre Lando Norris e Oscar Piastri, Max Verstappen surpreendeu a todos e conseguiu o melhor tempo da história da pista, com 1:26:983.
