O Vitória divulgou, nesta quinta-feira (7), o orçamento do projeto da Arena Barradão. De acordo com comunicado do clube, o consórcio responsável pela proposta — formado pela SD Plan e pela AR Fast Food — prevê um aporte inicial de R$ 355 milhões, com investimento total estimado em R$ 1 bilhão e 400 milhões ao longo dos 35 anos de concessão.
A reunião entre a diretoria rubro-negra e os representantes do consórcio aconteceu na manhã desta quinta-feira. Representando o Vitória estiveram o presidente Fábio Mota, o vice-presidente Djalma Abreu, o presidente do conselho fiscal Raimundo Viana e os diretores Antonio Boaventura, Ideraldo Silva, Iuri Matos, Lucas Campos, Mário Bello, Thiago Noronha e Péricles Santana.
O consórcio responsável pela Arena Barradão participou da reunião com Juliano Aniteli, representante do Grupo AR (ArFastFood e Ar Locadora); Leonardo Pereira, da SD Arenas; Danilo Carvalho, arquiteto responsável e representante da SD PLAN; e Luiz Payoli, consultor do consórcio.
O projeto prevê a construção de empreendimentos como shopping, museu, restaurantes, camarotes exclusivos, áreas de convivência etc. O Vitória também comunicou que “a estrutura da Arena será capaz de receber os jogos do Vitória e shows internacionais que saíram da rota soteropolitana por falta de um espaço com a infraestrutura necessária para o acolhimento desse tipo de evento”.
O contrato para a construção da Arena Barradão foi assinado em junho deste ano, e as obras estão previstas para começar em janeiro de 2026. Antes disso, o projeto ainda precisa ser aprovado pelo Conselho Deliberativo rubro-negro. A previsão é que as reformas no “Santuário rubro-negro” durem 18 meses.
