O Vitória está de volta à elite do futebol feminino nacional. O Rubro-Negro baiano confirmou, nesta quarta-feira (7), que vai disputar a Série A1 do Campeonato Brasileiro Feminino em 2026. Em nota oficial, o clube informou que assumirá a vaga deixada pelo Real Brasília com base nos critérios e regulamentos estabelecidos pela CBF. Como terminou o Campeonato Brasileiro Feminino Série A2 na quinta colocação, o Vitória passou a ter direito à vaga aberta na elite.
De acordo com as normas, o Vitória passou a ser o próximo clube elegível na classificação geral, assegurando presença no torneio de maior nível da modalidade.
