As inscrições para o Programa Pró-Cultura/Esporte estão abertas e podem ser realizadas até o dia 8 de junho de 2025. Esta iniciativa visa incentivar e fomentar projetos nas áreas cultural e esportiva por meio de incentivos fiscais municipais, conforme estabelecido pela Lei Municipal nº 1.972/97 e regulamentado pelo Decreto nº 9.233/2014.
Os interessados devem comparecer presencialmente à sede da Secretaria Municipal de Cultura, Esporte e Lazer (Secel), localizada na Rua Estados Unidos, nº 37, Bairro Kalilândia, para efetuar a inscrição. É necessário preencher a Proposta de Incentivo em duas vias e apresentar a documentação obrigatória, conforme especificado no Anexo II do edital. Cada proponente pode apresentar apenas uma proposta, escolhendo uma das áreas previstas no programa.

O Pró-Cultura/Esporte contempla segmentos culturais e esportivos. O processo seletivo será realizado em duas etapas:
Habilitação: Uma comissão técnica conferirá se as inscrições obedecem às exigências de prazo, condições, documentos e itens expressos no edital de chamamento.
Seleção: A seleção das propostas será realizada por técnicos especializados na área artístico-cultural contratados mediante chamamento público. Ao avaliar as propostas, os técnicos especializados observarão prioritariamente os benefícios culturais, sociais e econômicos oferecidos à comunidade.
