O treinador Estevam Soares e outras cinco pessoas foram indiciadas pelo Superior Tribunal de Justiça Desportiva (STJD), após relatório conclusivo que aponta o envolvimento dos acusados em um esquema de manipulação de resultados na Série D do Campeonato Brasileiro O auditor do Superior Tribunal de Justiça Desportiva (STJD), Rodrigo Aiache Cordeiro, divulgou ontem (2) a conclusão e todos os envolvidos foram indiciados pela Polícia Federal.
Estevam é muito conhecido do torcedor baiano, pois como jogador atuou no Bahia, no Vitória e no Fluminense de Feira, onde participou da história campanha na Série C de 1992, onde o tricolor feirense sagrou-se vice-campeão na oportunidade. De acordo com o relatório do STJD, Estevam comandava o Patrocinense\MG na partida investigada, que ocorreu em junho de 2024 contra a Inter de Limeira\SP, pela Série D. O time paulista venceu o confronto por 3 a 0, com todos os gols marcados no primeiro tempo. Esse jogo foi o ponto de partida para a investigação da Polícia Federal, que começou após surgirem suspeitas de irregularidades.

O auditor Rodrigo Aiache Cordeiro identificou que as ações de Richard, Felipe, Estevam, Rodolfo e Anderson se enquadram no artigo 242 do Código Brasileiro de Justiça Desportiva (CBJD), que descreve como infração “atuar, deliberadamente, de modo prejudicial à equipe que defende”. As penalidades previstas no código para essa infração incluem multa, que varia de R$ 100 a R$ 100 mil, e suspensão de 180 a 360 dias.
Além disso, Anderson Rocha e Marcos Vinicius da Conceição também são citados no artigo 243 do CBJD, que criminaliza a prática de “dar ou prometer vantagem indevida a membro de entidade desportiva, dirigente, técnico, atleta ou qualquer pessoa natural, para que, de qualquer modo, influencie o resultado de partida”.
