A Prefeitura de Feira de Santana publicou na edição desta terça-feira (18) do Diário Oficial Eletrônico do Município, o edital de licitação para a concessão onerosa de requalificação, exploração, operação e manutenção do Estádio Joia da Princesa.
De acordo com o edital, a concessão prevê que a empresa vencedora será responsável por modernizar, administrar e explorar comercialmente o equipamento esportivo, pertencente ao Município de Feira de Santana. O critério de julgamento será o de maior valor da parcela de outorga fixa, garantindo retorno financeiro ao município.
Apesar do extrato da licitação já ter sido divulgado, o edital completo da concorrência ainda não está disponível e só deve ser publicado no início da noite desta terça-feira (18).
A sessão pública para recebimento e análise das propostas está marcada para o dia 19 de janeiro de 2026, às 08h30, no Departamento de Gestão de Compras e Contratações, localizado na Av. Sampaio, nº 344, Centro. O espaço estará disponível para atendimento aos interessados em dias úteis, das 08h às 12h e das 13h às 17h.
