O regulamento da Série D tem fechado o chaveamento da segunda fase e das oitavas de final. Os classificados do Grupo 1 enfrentam os do Grupo 2, seguindo a ordem: Grupo 3 x Grupo 4, Grupo 5 x Grupo 6 e Grupo 7 x Grupo 8. As posições na tabela formaram os confrontos. Ainda a segunda fase os times vão jogar duas vezes, sem vantagem de gol fora. O time de melhor campanha vai ter o privilégio de realizar o segundo jogo em casa, na condição de mandante.
