Ainda depois da derrota para o Jacuipense, o comandante chegou a expor a sua vontade, mas foi convencido pelos dirigentes a prosseguir dirigindo a equipe. Agora o profissional garante que deixará o Touro do Sertão e amanhã terá uma reunião com a diretoria quando comunicará a sua decisão.
De acordo com o treinador, a sua situação pessoal é o principal fator que nesse momento está pesando para que ele esteja pedindo desligamento do clube. “Eu a poucos dias perdi meu pai e a minha mãe se encontra em uma situação delicada: está entubada e sinceramente para continuar trabalhando fica muito complicado. Já havia manifestado isso aos dirigentes e espero definir essa situação até amanhã, quando terei uma reunião com eles”, disse Zé Carlos
Zé Carlos criticou a dificuldade que o Fluminense tem em utilizar o Joia da Princesa para treinamentos. “Desde quando cheguei ao clube, nunca tive oportunidade de realizar uma atividade com os atletas no campo de jogo. O Joia acaba sendo mais mando de campo das outras equipes do que o Fluminense. Como podemos dizer que é nossa casa se não treinamos nela? O tempo que estou aqui, tudo para o time é complicado, apesar dos esforços da diretoria”, avaliou.
Sobre o jogo do último domingo, quando deixou jogadores como Moises, Catarina e Guilherme Quijingue, no banco de reservas e promoveu a estreia de Fábio Bilica, Zé Carlos disse que as alterações foram de acordo a proposta para o jogo. “Como tínhamos a necessidade de vencer o Doce Mel, queríamos um time com uma defesa sólida e daí a escolha do Bilica, mesmo porque é uma atleta experiente. As outras alterações tinham a ver com a ideia de fazer um meio-campo compacto, com condições de sair em velocidade e usar do mesmo expediente, quando o adversário tivesse a posse de bola”, explicou. “Infelizmente não deu certo a ideia porque não fomos felizes no jogo: lutamos, mas tomamos um gol logo cedo, reagimos e no segundo tempo quando fizemos mudanças para tornar o time mais ofensivo, tomamos um gol de pênalti que para mim foi duvidoso e infelizmente perdemos. A situação é muito difícil, mas ainda se tem uma esperança”, complementou.
Zé Carlos, o Zé do Gol, assumiu o Fluminense no começo do mês passado na quinta rodada do Campeonato Baiano. Perdeu duas partidas e empatou outras duas em quatro partidas que comandou o Touro do Sertão.
