A Prefeitura Municipal de Feira de Santana, através da Secretaria Municipal de Meio Ambiente e Recursos Naturais (SEMMAM), emitiu uma notificação ao Fluminense de Feira Futebol Clube por irregularidades em obras realizadas na Área de Preservação Permanente (APP) do rio Jacuípe. O auto de infração, registrado no Processo Administrativo nº 3755/2024 e na Notificação nº 91/2024, foi divulgado no Diário Oficial Eletrônico do Município nesta quinta-feira (12).
De acordo com a SEMMAM, a autuação se refere à realização de obras de drenagem e terraplanagem na APP, localizada nas coordenadas geográficas 12º17’16.91” S e 39º00’08.74” O, sem as devidas autorizações ambientais. As intervenções podem causar impactos significativos ao meio ambiente, incluindo alterações no curso natural do rio e degradação da vegetação nativa.
A notificação determina ao Fluminense de Feira Futebol Clube a adoção das seguintes medidas imediatas e comprovações documentais:
- Suspensão imediata das obras de drenagem e terraplanagem na APP do Rio Jacuípe.
- Apresentação de autorização para realização de terraplanagem.
- Comprovação da origem do material utilizado na terraplanagem.
- Exibição de autorização emitida pelo órgão competente para intervenção na APP do Rio Jacuípe.
O prazo estipulado pela Secretaria para o cumprimento das exigências é de cinco dias, contados a partir do recebimento da notificação.
O Secretário Municipal de Meio Ambiente e Recursos Naturais, Agostinho Fróes da Motta Oliveira, enfatizou que o descumprimento das exigências poderá resultar na aplicação de multas e na interdição das obras em andamento. A medida reflete o compromisso da Prefeitura de Feira de Santana com a preservação ambiental e o cumprimento das normas de proteção a áreas de interesse ecológico.
“O rio Jacuípe é uma importante fonte hídrica para a região de Feira de Santana, e sua APP desempenha um papel vital na conservação do ecossistema local. Intervenções não autorizadas podem acarretar sérias consequências, como erosão, perda da biodiversidade e comprometimento da qualidade da água”, explica o secretário.
