Buscando se firmar no G-4, Bahia de Feira encara o Doce Mel

Nesta quarta-feira (24) o Bahia de Feira enfrenta o Doce Mel em partida atrasada da 3ª rodada do Campeonato Baiano. A partida será disputada no Estádio Carmelito Barbosa, em Cruz das Almas. Terceiro colocado no certame, o tremendão precisa vencer o lanterna para se consolidar no G-4, enquanto que a equipe de Ipiaú também necessita do triunfo para sair da última colocação.

O tremendão tem uma grande oportunidade de se firmar no G-4 do estadual se vencer a partida, já que atualmente ocupa a 3ª posição com 7 pontos e iria a 10, assim dificilmente seria ultrapassado por Vitória da Conquista e Unirb no fim de semana. O adversário também precisa da vitória para sair da lanterna e chegar aos 5 pontos, ultrapassando o Jacuipense e empatando com o Fluminense de Feira.

O estádio Carmelito Barbosa, que não era utilizado a serviço do futebol profissional desde o início da década de 2000, voltou à ativa na última rodada com o empate de Doce Mel e Jacuipense. O gramado será mais um desafio para o Bahia de Feira que, acostumado com a grama sintética, terá que se adaptar rapidamente ao campo pesado e irregular do Barbosão.
