Após pedir mais informações sobre o mandado de segurança pedido pela Federação Bahiana de Futebol (FBF), a juíza Suzana Maria Inácio Gomes decidiu por derrubar a liminar que suspendia a partida entre Jacuipense e Bahia. Com isso, a bola vai rolar às 19h30 hoje (5), no estádio de Pituaçu, junto com os demais jogos da última rodada da fase de grupos do Campeonato Baiano.
Como principais argumentos, a FBF alegou que o Esquadrão de Aço possui duas equipes para se dividir entre a Copa Sul-Americana e o estadual, e citou que a entidade e os clubes teriam um prejuízo esportivo e financeiro por conta do adiamento da rodada, já que os clubes se encontram nos locais das suas respectivas partidas. “Pelo exposto, a prova produzida nos autos, em uma análise compatível com a cognição sumária típica das tutelas urgentes, revela o preenchimento dos requisitos previstos no inciso III do art. 7º da Lei nº 12.016/09, vislumbrando este Juízo razões para deferir, antecipadamente, o pleito principal formulado na vestibular no sentido de “…suspender a liminar que determinou a suspensão da partida de futebol entre o EC Bahia e a EC Jacuipense, a ser realizada no próximo dia 05/05/21,…”, ficando prejudicado o exame do pleito alternativo”, escreveu a juíza.

Na última segunda-feira (3), o Sindicato dos Atletas Profissionais da Bahia (Sindap-BA) moveu uma ação pedindo o adiamento do jogo. O argumento era o descumprimento do intervalo mínimo de 66h de descanso para os jogadores, já que na noite da última terça-feira (4) o Bahia jogou pela Copa Sul-Americana.
Mesmo sem saber sobre a viabilidade da partida, o elenco comandado pelo técnico treinou normalmente e estava concentrado no CT Evaristo de Macedo. Com 12 pontos, o Tricolor está no quarto lugar e briga pela classificação às semifinais. O BN apurou que o clube ainda aguarda a notificação oficial para se manifestar sobre.
