Preparador físico, Michel Pinheiro fala do retorno ao clube que lhe projetou

Anunciado oficialmente pela diretoria do Fluminense de Feira, o preparador físico, Michel Pinheiro retorna ao clube que lhe projetou e encara o novo desafio com otimismo e coragem. Michel foi eleito melhor preparador físico do Campeonato Baiano em 2019.

“É uma satisfação imensa está voltando ao Fluminense, clube que me revelou para o futebol baiano. Comecei a trabalhar no Fluminense em 2006 e fique até 2009, depois fui para outras equipes. E agora recebi a proposta de retornar, fiquei feliz, porque é um time que tem muito respeito na Bahia. Acredito que vai ser um grande desafio”, pontou Michel.

Com uma formação jovem e mesmo com um período curto para preparação e estratégias, Michel já conversou com os colegas da comissão técnica, Thiago Santa Bárbara (treinador) e Fernando Vagner, o “Ferro” (preparador de goleiros) sobre o início dos trabalhos.

“Nós estamos no clima de chegada de atletas, já sentamos com Thiago, Ítalo Bitencourt e Ítalo Oliveira para ver a formação do elenco, temos alguns jogadores no Centro de Treinamento, outros chegando. Estamos traçando o perfil dos jogadores, o Fernando Ferro ainda não chegou na cidade, mas estou em conversa com o Thiago, já o conheço a muito tempo, apesar de não ter trabalhando antes, mas já jogamos juntos na Uefs”, explicou.

Com 11 anos de experiência no futebol da Bahia, Michel Pinheiro participou de quatro semifinais do estadual, duas finais, sendo vice e campeão baiano uma vez cada. Pinheiro garante que vai implantar um modelo moderno, trabalhando a parte física, técnica e tática de forma integrada em conjunto com os princípios do treinador.
